Why is entry so difficult?

The reliance on "Artisan Intuition" to make good products is the biggest barrier to aerospace entry.

Traditional Approach

Personalized Skills

  • "Leave it to Bob" (Dependency)
  • Deciding methods on the fly based on intuition
  • "Result is OK" mindset (Inspection reliant)
Considered a "Risk" in Aerospace
Aerospace Standard

Systematic Process Control

  • Reproducible system regardless of operator
  • All processes/tools defined & documented beforehand
  • Proving "Correct Process" not just result
Goal of this Program
CURRICULUM

Standard 2-Year Plan

Simulated order format using actual aerospace part models.
Establish your system and track record simultaneously by clearing 5 levels of tasks.

Year 1

Foundation Building & Environment Setup

Aerospace Talent Training

LEVEL 1 Basic Shape
LEVEL 2 Thin Wall Structure

Acquire fundamentals in drawing interpretation, process planning, tooling concept design, and inspection methods.

Factory Environment (5S/KPI)

  • Rebuilding 5S for Aerospace Standards
  • Creating a "Showcase Factory"
  • Formulation of Entry & Investment Strategy
Year 2

Practical Application & Track Record

Advanced Process Control

LEVEL 3 Boss Shape
LEVEL 4 Complex Boss Shape
LEVEL 5 Complex Elements

Practical application including root cause analysis for non-conformances, corrective actions, and cost management.

Evaluation & Reporting

  • KPI Management for a "Profitable Shop Floor"
  • Final Achievement Report by nBridge
  • Presentation to Aero Engine OEM / Tier 1

Requirements for Participation

Entering the aerospace engine industry requires strong will from management and dedicated effort from the shop floor.
We require the following structure to ensure success.

Team Structure

A dedicated project team is required.
(Recommended: Approx. 1/3 of workload dedicated to this program)

  • Leader:Production Engineering Lead
  • Staff:Process Planning, Documentation
  • QA:Quality Assurance (Inspection Planning)

Equipment & Resources

  • Machines NC Lathe, 5-Axis Machining Center, CMM
    ※Capacity > Φ130mm
  • Tooling Cost for jigs and tools for each task is borne by the participant.

Cost & Estimation

We create individual plans and estimates based on your current technical level and location.

Cost Structure:

  • Monthly Curriculum Fee (Standard: 24 months)
  • Includes supplied materials
  • Travel expenses for on-site guidance (if applicable)
